Use LCD as Viewfinder on Canon EOS T1i?

I got a Canon EOS T1i. I read through the manual but could not find a topic related to using the LCD as the electronic viewfinder. Instead, I've only been able to use the optical viewfinder. Does the camera allow me to use the LCD as viewfinder?

yes,only in video mode,you can take snapshots or video useing viewfinder
