Get Photos onto My Laptop

Hi

I have fuji camera with sd card and I have more pictures now I tried to get the pictures through Laptop it is showing zero bytes and unable to open also, again I inserted to camera it is displaying all pictures and also the message I am getting protected kindly please help to solve this problem

More details would be helpful... like...

1. What kind of memory card is it?
2. Did you connect the camera to the USB port on your laptop to read the memory card?
3. Or did you use the memory card in a memory card reader or a memory card reader built into the laptop?

My guess, without the details, is that you have a SDHC Card and that the memory card reader can only handle SD Card. If that's the case, you just have to get a newer memory card reader.
