Trouble Installing the Sakar 44090 MusiCam Digital Camera Software

software for the digital concepts 44090 musicam I had installed it and disgarded the software only to find out when I tried to use it I cant get past the part where it says install now it keeps saying my registration failed i dont know what to do I tried the registration over and over but when I hook up my device when instructed to it says registration failed can u help me

The �Hold� button should be in the unlocked position

- If you are connecting the device on back of the computer then try connecting the MP3 player to the front of the computer.

- If you are connecting the MP3 player to the front of the computer then repeat the registration process.

- If connecting to the front of the computer does not work, OR if you can not connect the MP3 player to the front of the computer then close any applications you are running and check the MP3 player in the �Device manager�. It will show as a "Mass Storage Device" under Universal Serial Bus Controllers. Make sure that the device is connected before you check in the device manager.

- If the device is not being recognized then try connecting different USB ports.

then try registering it. IT should work
