How to Download Photos to Computer from Vivitar Mini Digital Camera?

Hi, I have this camera for a really long time. But never have used it. I don't have a desktop computer I do have a laptop. How do I transfer the pictures from the camera to the laptop? I have NO CLUE how to use this thing! Can someone please help/explain to me? I'm not to computer literate. Thanks in advance 😊
