what do i do? i have everything, i think...

alright, now, i have the camera, disk and usb. i'm on a Mac os x 10.3.9 and idk what to do... i want to use the camera as a webcam and the manual says to open the "setup.exe" folder but it says tha there is no default application for it. what should i use to open it with?
p.s. i have photoimpressions 5 and the disk says photoimpressions 4.0-but i still cannot acess my camera when i plug the usb into my Mac
