Changing the "Fun Frames" on digital cameras

Hello!
I was wondering if anyone knew how I could modify the fun frames built into the firmware of a digital camera? I'd like to create my own fun frames and upload them back onto the camera to be able to point and shoot with my own personalized graphics. I don't have any paticular digital camera in mind (Just a decent one with a lot of megapixels. One that has this (fun frame)option I found is Olympus' FE-120, as well as a lot of cell phone cameras so far (which I don't want to use). I'd really appreciate any help with this I could get. It's quite urgent, and I'd be willing to pay to have someone help me do this!! Let me know . Thanks! (=
