Driver Software for 88380-JCP

I tried finding my drivers to download for my Sakar digital camera Model #88380-JCP. I have contacted tech support twice and they have just resent the Photo Software. I cannot get the PC to recognize the camera as an additional device when I plug it in. I do not have the original CD that came with the camera. Can someone PLEASE point me in the right direction? I am very frustrated!
