Sony DSC-T300 E:62:20

I fixed my Sony DSC-T300 vibration problem and now when I turn the camera on I can only see a black screen and "E:62:20". I think I either damaged the CCD or a strip cable.
Any ideas as of how to fix it?

I have the same problem after fixing the vibration problem. Have you found any solution?
