VIVITAR 6300 DIGITAL CAMERA

my flash has stopped working, any help would be appreciated

i got a vivitar vivicam 6300 and loaded it all onto my computer so that i could get pictures from it onto my comp but thn it stoppedf working and wont let me get pictures onto comp it just doesnt load iv tryed uninstalling it then putting it back on there and it still does not work anyone know what else i can do for it to work?
