anyway wh wen i read re-using a single use camera:
first I bought $1.00 plastic 35mm cameras ( never a 110 or 126 ) and thought I had " gone beyond" hacking, single-use cametras
then I got a fixed-focus kodak with dx coding and a manual EF. wow $1.50.
last week I looked at a ladies's junk box booth at a local flea market. a kodak kc-50 2-aa, auto focus dx coding (100 only?) auto adbance exposure and flash. $2.00 with puch and manual.
but wait, there is another little black plastic thingie...
oh it's heavier. a ricoh rz-770 30-70mm zoom af ae af motorized advance and rewind. uses dx iso100 and 400 film. only $2.00. manual at

I like old cameras and things other's find unusable.
I started looking at hacking the ritz one-use dakota digicam.
seems it's mainly for linux users.
