I just encountered a very strange problem with dcraw.exe. With Windows 7, I tried to execute it on drive E: (current directory is on drive E:) and got the following error message:
The system cannot execute the specified program.
But when my current directory is on drive C:, it works just fine. dcraw.exe is in a directory in my path. I tried with and without the full path and the same problem persisted. I can't put my finger on the problem. Anyone see this issue?

Ok. I figured it out. The dcraw.exe available at Pukkita's Digital Darkroom Corner: Downloads is not compatible with Windows Vista and Windows 7. Instead, you have to download dcrawMS.exe instead.
