Sigma 70-200 F/2.8 EX DG APO Work With 2x Teleconverter?

I just ordered a Sigma Zoom 70-200 F/2.8 EX DG APO Autofocus for my Maxxum 7D and want to buy the 2x teleconverter for that lens.

With the teleconverter attached, will I still be able to rely on my camera display for accurate aperature and shutter speed settings?

Thanks!

ralph, I believe it well. As long as your camera has through-the-lens (TTL) metering, it should. I am quite sure the Maxxum 7D has TTL capability.
