My friend, Sasha, bought a new digital camera today, the Canon PowerShot SD400. It is the first "real" camera he bought in his lifetime. And as soon as he pulled it out of the box, a good idea came out of his mouth.
"Wouldn't it be nice if I can download the wirelessly?"
I immediately said, "There are cameras nowadays that has built-in WiFi, but the require connection to a third party server."
"Well, I mean it would be nice if it had built-in Bluetooth so that I can get to the pictures directly."
This conversation sparked an interesting idea in my head. Why not build a Bluetooth adapter that can be inserted into the USB port of any digital camera? Now, with your Bluetooth notebook, you can access the digital camera like a storage device.
Maybe manufacturers can go a step further by making a WiFi USB adapter. First you plug it into your computer to configure network settings. Then you plug it into the USB port of your digital camera turning it into a WiFi storage.
Who's going to be the first to pick up these ideas and turn them into marketable products?

I am trying to find a WiFi or Bluetooth device that I can plug into the USB port on my directprint camera and printer and send prints wirelessly over distances up to 150 feet or more.
Is there such a device available as yet ?.
