Viewfinder Screens

I saw your site and I wish to say I really enjoyed it, thank you!

I've one advice, thought. In order to shot a good picture of the focusing screen, you shouldn't shoot from the viewfinder, instead you should point the camera towards the lens of the canon 300d (or whatever camera's screen you are tring to shoot).

As for the rest, keep up the good work!!

Hey, thanks! I haven't shot any pictures of the viewfinder in the camera. But I think I will for the review article. I will definitely keep your suggestion in mind when I do.

Are there any Digital SLRs on the market with split-image viewfinders?

I use the grid focus screen on the EOS 1DsMkIII. I can say as a photo journalist this is a MUST for the shooting on plane and using the rule of thirds!!!
