Sony don't play image on lcd screen

I have a HandyCam DCR TRV-330 and it started to display the C: 31: 22 error. I cleaned the head and it worked again. But after a few days she can not play. The numbers of minutes did not appear. She just goes back and forth. Play works, but no picture appears on the display and on the LCD screen.
