Using a Sony Handycam as a Web Cam

Hi, I have a DCR-TRV830, I would like to use it as a web cam....is that possible ? If so how do I go about setting it up?

Thanks for any insight :)

Yes, it is possible. But how you set one up depends on what you want to do with it. You can use either the USB port or the Firewire port. The driver for the Firewire should already be part of your operating system. You can download the USB driver off this web site or Sony's Support site.

Take a look at this article to help you along the way: Setting Up a Remote Web Cam
If that isn't exactly what you want, then you'll have to tell us what you want. Otherwise we won't know how to help you.
