Nexxtech webcam 2518112 using too much power?

hey people. im having similar problems, just wondering about the device when it's plugged into the usb port. its not detected by my dell inspiron 1501 laptop. but when i plug the camera into my dell pc
(webcam 2518112 ) it says something about the usb device using too much power or something. any ideas or help would be grrrrrrrrrrrreat!
