Hacking Nikon Coolpix 5700 EVF and LCD

Two years ago, I lost my Coolpix 5700 to heavy rain that washed away my tent while camping. After confirming it was dead, I took it apart and it's been sitting in a box ever since. Recently I got the idea to try to convert the viewfinder and the fold out LCD to accept video so I can use them as portable monitors for an RC helicopter camera.
Are there any ways of doing this? any pin outs, diagrams, drawings, ideas, links, or anything else relating to the displays would be helpful

Start by looking at the LCD board . . . do you see any marking or any imprints that could give you a lead on the manufacturer and model number of the LCD? Then you can search the internet and find specifications for that LCD and pinouts. There are several groups that specializes in tying to LCD's.
