Nikon 5700 captures image with horizontal lines

I have used Nikon 5700 without any problem for past two years. But suddenly it has developed some problem. All pictures I am taking are showing several horizontal lines making the recorded picture almost invisible. I am not sure where is the problem with the camera...focussing error or something else. Any suggestions????

I have exactly the same problem. Do you think it is a firmware problem? Picture looks good in viewfinder until captured.
Playback identical to yours
