Hello!
ive shot my cable release/camera trigger accidentally by putting on 12v. in regular conditions, there is a voltage at the cable release pin of round about 5v and the camera release at short circuit (by cable release trigger button). last weekend, ive takken a mistake connection at my light barrier and this cable release got the light barrier power source of 11v. now, the camera release continously after turning on in m-focus mode like the trigger is pressed the hole time. in af-mode, the af works and the camera takes one picture. menu is not accesible as it is also disabled when pressing the trigger.
does anybody have a schematic of the release circuit inside the camera to outline the burned parts or does anybody have an idea for repairing?
(i need the camera this weekend and nikon will take his time and will replace a whole platine to make money)
thanks a lot,
manu
