memory card locked on Insignia video camera

I just bought an Insignia video camera. It's a little hand held video camera and when I plug it into the computer and try to delete files, it says that the disc is write-protected and I have no idea how I turned that on. I can't even delete files ON my camera because it says the card is locked, but I checked the tab and it's not on locked. I'm so confused and this camera is my only way to make the videos I need. Help!

(I attached a picture of what my camera looks like exactly. Maybe it will help...?)
