Panasonic HDC-SX5 | External Hot Shoe microphone adapter

Hi, Guys!

I have a HDC-SX5 camcorder. It does not have any external mic plug.
It has a hot shoe on the top with 8 pins.

I want to connect a mic for that.

Do you have any ideal or hack?

Maybe Sony and Panasonic hot shoe similar?

Do not buy it, I just received it in the PEERSTONE Microphone Adapter in the mail today and it does not work with the Panasonic HDC-SX5. The connections do not match up. I tested it about 4 different times. I am looking for a way to use a boom mic with this camera and thought this was it but I was wrong.
