I have an old Sony handycam video8xr and it has a C:32:00 error code that sounds and blinks in the lcd. At first, my 8mm tape was stuck, so I opened it up and removed the tape so that it wouldn't get ruined. Once back together, it seems like the motor doesn't work. The door shuts with help, but wont go down. Does anyone have any suggestions? I really want to get this fixed because I would hate to have to buy another cam.
Thank You
Julie

Thanks.
