DCR-TRV510E PAL doesn't eject nor operate

When I push eject button it doesnt work. There is no tape but I can't switch on the camera. When I coose player mode there is a beep and the button lights flashes for 2 seconds then nothing happens. I can not do anything with the camera. Please help. Thank you.
