Error code on an CCD-TRV615

I know this camcorder is old but it is one of the X-RAY models, I bought it showing the code C:32:00 and it would eject the transport but wouldn`t close and I noticed one of the Capstans was a little bent and the pressure roller was not touching the feed roller so I replaced the whole transport with a known working one and at first it would eject and load a tape BUT after a few seconds would eject the the tape and then load it again till you un-hooked the power BUT no error codes, so I did a reset thinking maybe it had to communicate something to and from the new transport, after the reset the transport would eject but not close and gave me a C:32:00 error code so I took the side off of the camcorder where I could get to the motor to apply voltage for it to close and hit the eject switch again it opened but wouldn`t close not even the door would close so I look and notice the lever that tells the camcorder to close was hung like the transport was coming out too far but I could take the plate out and manually hit the switch and it would close, but then I noticed I was back to were the feed roller and the pressure not touching anyway right now I am on my third transport change I get a 32:00 error and a 32:11 error and every once in a while it was giving me an 61:11 for a few seconds then switching over to a 32:00 or 32:11 error but as of right now I get a 32:00 and mostly a 32:11 when you hit the eject button it dings but nothing happens wait about 15 to 20 seconds and you get an eject 32:11 error and the transport does nothing but the camcorder comes on in both play and record all functions work just no transport responce
