Handycam HDR-SR11 Driver

I purchased a Sony Handycam camcorder (got it off eBay) that does not have the CD-ROM software. So I am unable to download video or pictures on to my computer. I can go to the download site, but I do not have a serial number for the CD-ROm software.

Can anyone help me solve this problem?
