How to download the video files from my sony camera?

Hello everyone :)

I have a sony dcr-dvd203e with this mini dvd discs. How can I download the video on my pc? I tried to copy them from the DVD but when I get the dvd out the wont play. I tried to convert them into another format as .avi for instance but in vain. Can someone help me whit my problem? Is there a way to download them via the usb cable and how?

p.s. Sorry if I have some mistakes, my English is not perfekt. :)

You might have to finalize the DVD before it will work on your computer. Read through this "edit mini DVD in your computer" thread, it might help solve your problem.
