No Sound During USB Streaming

I think you can for sure answer this question because you touch on it in your article. I have no sound when I use software provided by the camera (trv350) to transfer videos on my computer. I'm using a USB. What preferences should I adjust?
Thanks

Under preference dialog in InterMix, you can configure the video and audio source to capture. Under the audio source selection, choose the USB port as your audio source.

That's as specific as I can get as I have uninstalled that software and moved onto other software like Microsoft Movie Maker and Adobe Premiere for video capturing. I have also started using the Firewire port instead of the USB port.

If I wanted the same quality video as the USB port, I simply capture the video and audio onto the Memory Stick and then transfer using a card reader.
