Hi

I just called a Sony repair center about the same error code. Taking off the battery and reattaching it is a simply way to reset the camera - if the error comes back, then you have to repair it basically. The C32:10 gives the technician an indication that the problem is a mechanical issue, which explains why the camera won't open properly. If you can see some mechanical thing wrong that you can fix, go for it. Otherwise, http://www.videoonerepair.com will give you a free estimate if you send them the camera, but they say it will probably be between $150 and $250 depending on what's wrong.

Good luck,

Alex
