Sony CCD-V9 Will Not Eject

MKy Sony Handycam is a ccd-v9 and will not eject some pro.tried all the older solutions ,do you have any others? about ready to accidentaly run over it.

ccd-v9 will not eject. it comes up about a half inch and goes back down.i would be happy for any suggestions thanks
