Sony DCR-PC110 select button cann't work, I cann't adj or set any function,

I think the first thing to try is to use a digital multimeter on it to test the pins for the switch. With the digital multimeter, you can determine whether the electrical path changes when you rotate or press the switch.
Another thing you can do is to pick up a spare part. Put it into your camcorder to see if the problem persists. If so, it's probably not that part, but rather the circuit board inside your camcorder.

Hi Chieh Cheng, Thank you for your advice. It's a good idea. But I cann't find the spare part. maybe I can try to use the digital multimeter, but it's so small. I am afread if it is not the part's problem.
