I have a sony 310, when I connect it to my pc through a fire wire port, the pc does not recognize it....what shall I do???

Someone posted a solution to this problem just a week ago. I've attached to the TrackBack below. It's titled, "Fixing the Windows XP Firewire Problem". Try that and let us know if it solved your Firewire problem.
