Sony HC22E touch screen broken

HELP!! My Sony HC22E touch screen is broken, there is no display on the screen, however I can select the options but I can't see the option I want, I need to select burn VCD, can any body guide me through the menu options and where to press on the screen so I can select the correct setting??

I have problem with SONY HDR-HC3, touch screen is broken, i can record videos y take pictures, but i can't see the display on the screen, help please!! thanks!!
