Hi all
As the title states im getting the E61-10 ERROR when i switch on my cam, i have tried the reset button and running it from power no battery.
Are there other ways of fixing this error? i have a housing for it the seatool got a drop of water in it ,all other functions on the camera work!!
Is there a site on how to disassemble the camera?
Thanks alot

I've had the same problem here after the cam swallowed some seawater and went to Sony for repair.
The repair went fine only a few months later the E61-10 popped up (after the guarantee period)
The remedie is to switch on the cam and hit it when it trys to focus(first gently and then firmer) at the front of the lens.
in my opinion it is a mechanical problem of the Autofocus. Success!
