driver for DCR-SR72E

I have just tried this reference and it keeps telling me that "Wrong model name". I have a DCR-SR72E, I have lost the CD-rom.

Did you want the USB driver for Windows? If so, download USBDRVEN.EXE and install it, before plugging your camcorder into the computer. It should work just fine.
