sony trv 340 problems

i have a trv 340e i bought about 10 years ago, i was trying to load it onto my pc with windows 7 and having problems, pixela wouldnt work, i downloaded wms 2.6, still couldnt get the camera to pick up, then i started to get grey bars on the LCD like dirty heads, i ran a dry cleaner through it over and over aswell as cleaned the heads a few times with a isopropyl cleaner and swab, at first i got a blue screen, i ran the dry tape once more through and got a picture but then the tape wouldnt eject, to cut a long story short it now has a new problem everytime i get through the last problem, im getting c:31:23, c:32:11, c:31:30, c:32:30 and c:21:00 (wich i think was just some iopropyl residue after manually cleaning the heads)

problems now
Sometimes the tape gets stuck in.
ive noticed a pinch roller was loose and is now on its pin without a retaining clip
ive noticed a loose spmallwhite plastic bush maybe out of the pinch roller.
when loading or unloading the motors sound a little more loaded up than they used too.
tape speed looks and sounds inconsistant
top veiwfinder has no image, just B&W bars, side viwfinder has blue screen, im guessing the tape speed wont allow digital tapes to read.

does this sound like it will work again with a new clip on the pinch roller or does it seem like bigger problems, what can i try at home to fix it?
