Video camera with no tapes/EFP

Hi all. I found a camera in a thrift store with a really nice lens and lots of manual controls that I'd love to use to make films, the only catch is that it seems to be designed for EFP or some sort of broadcast and has only a cable with pins as an output, with no slot for tapes and no clear power supply. I'd love to be more specific about the cable but I didn't buy it so I can't check. Is there a way to convert these cameras easily to record onto some sort of useful media, even ideally to digital? Is it worth the rather cheap price tag?
