Driver installation for Nexxtech Twin pack VGA webcam

Just got a twin webcam and mic pack today and when I inserted cd and try to download the driver, it says that access is denied (I am administrator so no problem there) but it just won't download...

I have everything in the pack and all the manual tells me is to insert cd, download it, etc. But how can I download something that just gives me the same error of access denied over and over again?

Windows version: Vista

Any help on the matter would be very appreciated, though if no replies in a week I'm just gonna return it all and get a different brand, because obviously this one has flaws.
