Iconcepts 49152-DM with Skype?

This webcam is supposed to be compatible with skype (or at least that is what they say on the package) but no matter what I did, I could not start a video. Does anyone have an idea what this might be about? If it is not about skype (I installed the latest version) than it means I should return the product back, since msn is no good and I can make no international video calls with this crappy webcam.
