is there any way i can us the xp driver in Windows vista ???the camera in not getting connected

Hey did anyone find a driver for the ibm pc camera the little gray one that will work with windows vista the ex 5000 file does not work with windows vista it installs but says the cam is not connected can someone help me please!!
