I bought two and they both seems to be working fine under XP. Does anyone know if these work under linux?

Hi Stan - Yes, if it is really a Pixart Webcam (lsusb should turn up "ID 093a:2468 Pixart Imaging, Inc. Easy Snap Snake Eye WebCam"), it works with no problem on Debian. Took me all of 5 minutes. Just need to be sure that modules gspca and videodev are installed (via synaptic) and loaded (via "modprobe -i" if they didn't automatically load). Then launch camstream or some similar program to see your mug. Here's how I figured it out:
