I'm having trouble finding the right type of software for my web/pc cam. I want to record the image being shown on the computer, but I also want the image to be full screen. I want the camera in one room, and then run it to a computer and then go from the computer into a tv. So I need the image on the computer to take up the whole screen, not just a little box. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Last year, I sat up a web cam for my newborn baby. It captures photos at a fixed interval and FTP it to a web server for display on your client (TV). The article is here:
You can make slight modification to my setup to meet your need. You can configure the web browser to display the content of the web page in full screen. The Firefox browser has a full-screen mode by pressing "F11". Internet Explorer probably has something similar.
In the article above, I have showed you some web site codes that helps you display the images on the client. You can make slight modifications to the code to have the image fit the entire browser. The following line is the one you have to change:
<img src="webcam.jpg" width="640" height="480">
You can change it to one of the lines below. Pick the one that makes the image fit best. They are kind of self-explanatory. But if you have questions, let me know.
<img src="webcam.jpg" width="100%">
<img src="webcam.jpg" height="100%">
<img src="webcam.jpg" width="100%" height="100%">
You can also get rid of the web page title to save screen space. Just remove the following line from the code:
<h1>WebCam</h1>
