I bought a web cam that I believe you manufactured, and found out that I might need a driver disk or download. This is a Megapixel 10x Zoom Digital f=3.85 mm. I am running windows XP with a # 3 service package. I don't know if the drivers are the problem or the cam is not working. The system seems to recognize the device but I get no picture.
