i have bought an UiT camera but i have a problem it gets stuck after every few minutes and we have to remove the pin of the camera and put it again then again it works for a few minutes and again we have to do the same can i know the reason . wts the problem . could u please help me. and even i have lost the installation cd. kindly send me the software of the camera as soon as possible.

i bot UiT webcam,i just installed in my PC and when i use the webcam after few min it is hangng then i have to remove the cam and then restart again and again this is hapening,i just try to remove and re install the sotfware but after remove the software i couldnt re install the sorfware.please send solotion and send me a software also

I bought your UIT QuickCam for notebooks [wc801] without install drivers,plug and play.I have done just that and it was install and was ready to use,but I could not see my image or it functioning.The install icon connot be found as an install iterm.Please,tell me the next thing to do to get the camera working.
