I suspect that is not possible. If a person can read the data, then they can copy the data.
So the question really depends on who you are preventing the copy. If you are the only person reading and writing the data, and you don't want anyone to copy it, then you can encrypt it.
However, if you are sending data to someone else to read andyou don't want them to copy that data to another location, then it's likely impossible.
