Extra Lenses for Sony Cybershot DSC-W12

ihave sony cybershot dsc w12 5.1 mega pixel camera . in the case it has two extra lens. idon,t know who to change lens. please help me.

What lenses are they?
Is there an adapter in the case to help you attach the lenses?
Do you have picture of everything in the case to show us?
